This policy explains what personal information Rising Health® collects through this website, how we use it and the rights you have. Please have it checked by your own adviser before the site goes live.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or sign up for the free Body in 10® reset, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message. Our website host also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to provide the services you ask for and, where you have signed up, to send you the email programme you requested. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Clinical records

If you become a patient, your clinical records are held separately from this website, under the standards set by the General Osteopathic Council and applicable healthcare regulations. Those records are confidential and are kept for the period required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email enquiries@risinghealth.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
