Pro sports

Fewer weeks lost, more games played.

Availability decides seasons. We screen each athlete properly, write a plan they will actually follow, and do the hands on work that keeps them training while the fixtures keep coming.

What athletes get

The work that protects availability.

01

A proper screen

Movement, load and history, with findings your coaches and medical staff can use rather than a file nobody opens.

02

A plan in writing

Treatment, loading, recovery and the ten minutes a day that holds it together, so everyone is working to the same page.

03

Hands on treatment

Osteopathy, soft tissue work and acupuncture for the problems that quietly cost minutes on the pitch.

04

Return to play

Staged rehab with honest milestones, run alongside your medical team and the surgeon where there is one.

05

Through the season

Regular reviews, so a niggle in October does not become six weeks out in January.

06

The off season block

Focused work on the things the season never gives you time to fix.

How it works

How we fit around your staff.

01

First conversation

What the squad is carrying, what keeps recurring and where your existing staff want support.

02

Assessment

Individual screening and a written plan per athlete, shared with the people who need it.

03

The work

Treatment at the training ground, at home or at fixtures, whichever protects the training week.

04

Review

Injury and recovery reporting, then a plan for the next block or the next window.

Who we work with

Athletes and squads who need to be fit.

  • Professional athletes and their agents
  • Clubs and squads wanting senior support alongside their own staff
  • Athletes coming back from long or repeated injuries
  • Dancers and performers whose bodies take the same punishment

Questions clubs and agents ask

Straight answers, before you call.

Do you work with individuals or whole squads?

Both. Some athletes come privately, some clubs bring us in to work with their own medical and performance staff.

Can you run a return to play after surgery?

Yes, staged, with clear milestones, and in step with the surgeon and the club.

Where does the treatment happen?

Training ground, home, clinic or at fixtures. Wherever costs the athlete the least time.

Which sports have you worked in?

Across professional and Olympic sport, plus elite dance and combat disciplines. Ask and we will tell you honestly if it is not our ground.

Tell us about the squad.

Send the numbers, the sport and the problems that keep coming back. You will hear from us within one working day.
